ProgramsHigh schools
Every dual. Every grade. Every coach.
Swim team software built for high school teams.
Duals set up over the phone, lanes handed out in one pass, scoring the way high school meets are scored, and a plan your athletic director can read.
Grades first, ages beside themAs many head coaches as the team hasNo event file needed
Dual meet day
From a phone call to the final score.
A dual arranged over the phone never comes with a zip file, so nothing in SwimDesk waits for one.
-
Set it up
New meet asks for what an event file would have said: the course, the day and the events. Or copy last season’s lineup.
-
Enter
Enter event by event or swimmer by swimmer, with grades on the list and relays picked on the same screen.
-
Hand out lanes
Give your side its lanes in one pass, odd, even or a list, with the fastest heat full and exhibition swimmers after the scorers.
-
Score it
High school scoring out of the box: 6-4-3-2-1, relays 8-4-2. A tri or a quad is scored as the duals it really is.

For high schools
Built around how a school season runs.
Duals without an event file
New meet asks for everything the file would have said, or copies the events from another meet. A copy never takes the entries.
Heats & lanes in one pass
Lanes fill from the middle out, relays go by letter with A in the middle, and Undo puts back exactly what was there.
High school scoring
6-4-3-2-1 and relays 8-4-2 by default, three scorers and two relays a team, and any of it changed for a meet that runs differently.
Grades first
Rosters, entries and reports lead with grade and show age beside it. A host’s age-up date still decides eligibility.
Two head coaches, one team
The girls’ and boys’ head coaches each bring in their own assistants, and each opens the desk on their own season.
A plan for your athletic director
A four-page program overview for coaches, athletic directors, parents and boosters, and season reports ready to print.
Both teams on SwimDesk?
Invite the other team and both submit entries inside SwimDesk, with no event file and no HY3.
A host on Meet Manager?
Send the zip with the HY3 inside, named the way Meet Manager names its own.
Seniors move on cleanly
New season ticks your seniors as graduated, and their record stays with the team.
Everything else on the desk
And the rest of the season, in the same account.
Can the girls’ and boys’ head coaches share one team?
Yes. Each head coach can bring in their own assistants, and each sees their own season when they open the desk, even while the next one is being planned.
Do we need Meet Manager for a dual?
No. When both teams use SwimDesk, entries go across inside SwimDesk. When the host runs Meet Manager, export the zip with the HY3 inside.
How do I get my athletic director on board?
Share the four-page program overview, then ask us for a program quote with your number of coaching seats and the contract term you want.
